• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — only winnings derived from bonus usage may be withdrawn after the rollover requirement has been met.

9Account Closure

Members may close their cuci71 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days, and any eligible balance will be refunded to the original payment method once all reviews are complete.

Cuci71 reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Detection of fraud or suspected suspicious activity.
• Violation of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Receipt of information indicating that a member is underage or otherwise ineligible.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or court orders.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

• Any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials are the member's sole responsibility.

11Privacy & Data Protection
